Time to think

Wow... I realise this is quite a depressing piece for my last picture of 2013.

Have Zyvian. Recently, Zyvian and Milriel got married but all that seemed to do was upset a few people and cause problems so far. He's been yelled at, threatened and received a letter that upset him. He feels like he's the one in the wrong and that's why things have been taking a bad turn for him recently, because of his actions.

I really enjoyed drawing this pose and thought it worked out quite well. Those hands are some of the finest hands I've ever drawn... daaaang. My friend, Nimevere, from argent dawn suggested I kept it greyscale aside from the glowing light (The cigarette and the eye glow) which gives it this sort of Noire effect. I have to admit, I was going to just go ahead and colour it but I tried her suggestion and I'm pretty happy that I listened to her because this turned out pretty cool if you ask me.
